This workshop will be held in the beautiful, lush Sherbrooke Forest, Mt Dandenong, less than an hour out of the city of Melbourne. Teaming with birds and wonderful wildlife including kookaburras, king parrots, lorrikeets…and superb assortment along with echidna and wallaby. You just don’t know what you’ll come across as Stephen skilfully guides the forest discovery but the focus of today will be to photograph the stunning lyrebird.
Learn tricks and tips from an Australian, multi award winning wildlife artist and photographer – a rare event as Stephen doesn’t host these workshops very often!
Workshop begins at 1pm at a Kallista café for introductions and discussion.
Depending on the weather and the light, expected finish time 4pm (could go to 5pm).
Stephen takes photographic tours to Africa, is in demand as a speaker talking about wildlife, photography and his art with more than 45 years of photography and a collection of at least 100,000 images. He also teaches painting for many years both locally and internationally.
